Charlene Reilly has been involved with New Haven Youth Soccer for the past three years, first as a soccer mom and then becoming involved with Learn to Play. She currently serves as an assistant coach with Learn to Play, and helps other teams when needed. She recently joined the NHYS Board of Directors as Secretary.

What Charlene enjoys most is watching young players gain confidence, improve their skills, and learn what it means to be part of a team. She believes in working hard, supporting your teammates, and always giving your best effort, no matter what the scoreboard says. For her, respect, teamwork, effort, and good sportsmanship are just as important as developing soccer skills.

When she isn't on the soccer field, Charlene enjoys spending time with her family, taking pictures, shopping, working out, baking, and trying to perfect her latest fancy coffee creation. She's also known to pull out her Cricut whenever she's in the mood to make personalized gifts.
