Soccer has been a lifelong passion for Lance. He has coached with New Haven Youth Soccer for more than 30 years and has worked with players of all ages, in addition to serving as a coach and program director for other clubs in the South Central District. Lance also brings an extensive playing background, having competed at the youth, premier, college, and semi-professional levels. As a proud New Haven resident, he takes great pride in giving back to the community he calls home.
