Graham Shaffer leads the NHYS U12 Boys Travel and Competitive teams and is in his second year with the club. A former varsity high school and college club soccer player, Graham brings a passion for player development both on and off the field.

His coaching philosophy centers on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and helping players grow into confident athletes and respectful teammates. Graham enjoys building relationships with his players and watching them develop throughout the season.

Outside of soccer, Graham serves as Deputy General Counsel for the Connecticut Department of Social Services and enjoys tennis, travel, live music, and cooking.

Fun Fact: Graham grew up on a tobacco farm in rural Ohio and is a proud Buckeyes fan.
