Mike Galbicsek has been a dedicated member of New Haven Youth Soccer since 2015. During that time, he has served in a variety of roles, including Assistant Coach, Head Coach, Referee Director, Senior Program Administrator, and now Executive Director.

Mike believes soccer is more than just a game. He sees it as an opportunity to bring players of all skill levels together, build confidence, and create a team atmosphere that feels like family. His coaching philosophy focuses on effort, respect, and helping players grow both on and off the field. For Mike, success is measured by seeing players learn, improve, and most importantly, enjoy the game.

When he's not leading the club, you'll find Mike coaching, refereeing, or cheering on NHYS teams from the sidelines. His passion for the game and commitment to player development continue to make a positive impact throughout the NHYS community.
