Craig Bailey
BIO
Craig Bailey has been coaching with the club for two years and currently works with the U12 Boys Competitive, U12 Boys Recreation, and U10 Boys teams, while also helping other teams whenever needed.
Craig’s approach to coaching centers on growth, confidence, and challenging players to reach their potential. He believes success is about more than the final score. Some of the greatest lessons come through adversity, and he encourages players to work hard, play smart, and understand how their individual role contributes to the team.
Above all, Craig emphasizes respect, humility, gratitude, and being a good teammate. One of his favorite parts of coaching is watching players develop their skills and understanding of the game while gaining confidence in themselves.
Outside of soccer, Craig is a professor at the Yale Child Study Center and serves on the Board of Christian Community Action in New Haven. He is also a proud father of three.
