Mariana Cuapio has been part of the New Haven soccer community for years, first as a dedicated soccer mom supporting her daughter from the sidelines and now as a team manager for the GU09, GU11, and GU12 teams. She enjoys watching young players grow in confidence, develop their skills, and learn how to work together as a team.

Mariana believes in creating a positive and supportive environment where players aren't afraid to make mistakes, work hard for one another, and have fun along the way. She hopes every player walks away understanding the importance of resilience, teamwork, respect, effort, and supporting their teammates.

Off the field, Mariana is a busy mom of four who is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science with the goal of becoming a forensic scientist or detective. She also co-owns a local family event rental business and enjoys creative crafts and handmade projects.
