Joseph LiCausi is entering his second year with the club as coach of the U11 Boys team. He enjoys teaching players the fundamentals of the game while encouraging them to work hard, communicate with their teammates, and hold themselves accountable.

His coaching philosophy is simple: show up early, work hard, communicate, and celebrate every victory, big or small. Joseph wants his players to understand that they can make an impact on the game whether they score or not, while also learning to make good choices both on and off the field.

Outside of soccer, Joseph has worked in pharmacy at YNHHS for 20 years. He is also a Yelp Elite member who enjoys reviewing restaurants and local businesses, watching UFC, and proudly sports a Pulp Fiction tattoo.
